A Typical DaY

Our retreats, experiences, and outdoor wellness camps are based around challenges and adventure. Our programs are highly customisable with plenty of options, so you can choose experiences that meet your own goals and preferences. No two days ever look quite the same at our outdoor wellness camps, but here are some of the things you might experience.

Wake up

Visit the beach for some early morning yoga, starting the day with a stronger mind and body.

Breakfast

Select from our extensive menu of nourishing, delicious food. You can check out some of the options here

Adventure

It’s time to choose your own adventure. You might have a range of activities to enjoy – perhaps hiking in the hinterland, stand up paddle boarding, or weight training.

Lunch

Another chance to fuel your body.

Relax

Enjoy a massage, or spend some time unwinding on the beach. If you’re feeling more energetic, perhaps you’d rather be boxing or surfing – it’s up to you.

Learn

Ever wanted to know more about healthy eating, meditation, or cardiac health? Sit with top-class experts as they share their knowledge with you.

Dinner

Practice some meditation, take a walk, or just unwind on the beach as you prepare for another day.

  • Introduction to Stand Up Paddle Board (Flat Calm Water)
  • Introduction to Kayaking (Flat Calm Water)
  • Introduction to Pool Swimming for complete novice
  • More advanced Pool Swimming lessons
  • Introduction to surf swimming including reading rips and surf negotiation
  • Afternoon Bush Walking on majestic Hinterland Walking Trails
  • Visiting lecturers on subjects such as Mental Health
