This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases from us, unless stated otherwise.
At Platinum Brands Pty Ltd, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Please read this Policy before making a purchase, so that you understand your rights as well and what you can expect from us in the event you need to cancel.
All payments are valid for 12 months, including deposits. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Should you need to make changes to your booking, the following charges will apply:
Platinum Brands is fully understanding that there are situations that occur whereby there will be no option but to cancel. We are here to work with our clients and treat every case on a need basis and will always be mindful to help you financially if these unavoidable cancellations that fall out of our guidelines arise.
We aim to process any requests for refunds within 30 days of having received them.
